Commissioned Art
As an Art Designer, I create unique works of art based on requests for colors, motifs & style.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to design your very own piece of art? Or maybe you don't know what you're looking for other than the fact that you want art on your walls?
I will help and guide you in the right direction! Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling, I will guide you through the entire process. We will design the artwork together. Your ideas, visions and wishes combined with my knowledge and experience in art, aesthetics and color psychology.

Until then, take a look at two of the latest custom-designed orders below.
Togetherness
This order began with a feeling many can recognize:
“We have looked everywhere but can’t find the right art.”
Together we ended up with a warm, vibrant composition where drinks, fruit and cheese symbolised community, enjoyment and moments to share. The colours were chosen to create depth, warmth and an inviting atmosphere that complements the warm tones of the home. A work created to be lived with.
"Thank you Sofia, you are really talented and I appreciate how easy the process was and how you listened to us, provided advice and delivered a lovely piece of art!"

Uppsala's three crowns
This commission grew out of a strong love for Uppsala. The couple wanted to capture the Botanical Garden, the Cathedral and the Palace, not just as a motif, but as a sense of belonging.
Through conversations about what was important to the couple, I created an atmospheric evening scene where the light symbolizes both history and future.
Below you can read the couple's words after receiving their artwork.
"Thank you, Sofia Åhlin, for this beautiful pairing capturing one of Uppsala's most stunning places. Your artwork brings both emotion and perspective to the city we love, TRULY inspiring work!!! We enjoy looking at it every single day for the rest of our lives.
Dear connections, Do not hesitate to reach out to Sofia Åhlin if you wish to order a MASTERPIECE!!!”

Kör bara Kör
This commission grew out of a desire for something large, soft and at the same time powerful. A work that both calms and takes up space in the dimensions of 170 x 200 cm. As majestic as the newly renovated house.
We landed on organic shapes and harmonious transitions where green, pink and earthy tones meet. A balance between strength and warmth – just like the room it would live in.
“Sofia Åhlin created an absolutely INCREDIBLE painting! Sofia has managed to capture the entire room in both feeling, style and color scheme. The painting is also called Kör bara Kör - which couldn't be more fitting. Highly recommend. So incredibly happy and grateful for this beautiful creation! You are a fantastic artist Sofia Åhlin”

The artwork for the HR consulting company &Partners
This art project began with a vision to create a work that captures the atmosphere of &Partner's office, a place where relationships, culture, and people are at the center.
We visited their premises, took in the atmosphere and talked about colors, emotions and values. The goal was to create a piece of art that would not just adorn the wall, but reflect their environment and the way they build meaningful collaborations.
The result was a personal and identity-creating work where aesthetics meets history.
“A big thank you to Sofia Åhlin for a fantastic collaboration and for your fine interpretation. The artwork really lifts our office.”
— Stefan Wikström, Senior Partner, COO & Co-Founder, AndPartners Nordic AB

Created together with the Celik family
A series of paintings were created to decorate the family's new duplex. The entrance paintings would be an elegant eye-catcher, a central artwork would tie together the colors of the home, and a bedroom painting would reflect the room's tones and views in an abstract style.

From Stockholm to Näset
This order began as an idea from the client, to create a work of art that tied Skanör and Stockholm together. Two places that mean a lot to them, and which they wanted to unite in a common expression on the wall.
Together we brainstormed thoughts, memories and feelings about the places. We talked about colors, moods and details that symbolize the places and from there the motif grew.
The result was a personal and emotional painting where two worlds meet. A work that not only shows a place, but tells a story.

Inspired by Studio Edin
Custom order
The Bruce family was so inspired by the amazing art from Studio Edin. They wanted something similar with a personal touch on the details and background. A few days after the painting was finished, they wanted another. Now the art hangs in pairs and sets the tone for the entire room.
